The troubled star of Two and a Half Men made a surprise appearance on the Dan Patrick Radio Show to dole out some addiction advice -- unsolicited, of course. Who were his words of wisdom aimed at? None other than Lindsay Lohan. DAN PATRICK "What's your one piece of advice if I have Lindsay Lohan on?" CHARLIE SHEEN: "Work on your impulse control. Just try to think things through a little bit before you do 'em." (Today Show) That comment got everybody talking, especially the late night comics. Here's Jimmy Fallon's take. JIMMY FALLON: "Later in the interview, Charlie Sheen said that Lindsay Lohan should work on her impulse control. Whoa. That -- that's like the pot calling the kettle to buy pot." Just about everyone seemed to agree with Fallon. But The Hollywood Gossip asks, should we really be surprised? "When Charlie Sheen is offering you advice, you know you have problems.
